Shipping policy


At Vorthaboot, we understand that when you order a foundation for your journey, you want it delivered with speed and precision. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your boots reach you in pristine condition.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [ 24–48 hours] on business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Note: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer standard and express shipping options across India:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within [4-7 BUSINESS DAYS].

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within [2-4 BUSINESS DAYS] 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors like weather or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: SHIPPING COST ₹99 for orders below 1699.

  • Express Shipping: A flat fee of ₹149 will be applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

Once your Vorthaboots have been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for perfection, delays can occasionally occur due to logistics bottlenecks or high-demand periods.

  • Incorrect Address: Vorthaboot is not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided at checkout is incorrect. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at vorthaboot@gmail.com with photos of the packaging so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Vorthaboot ships WITHIN INDIA 

  • For international orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government.

7. Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, we reserve the right to charge for re-shipping or deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
